Wi-Fi

If you have your own laptop or wireless device there is free wireless internet access in all areas of our hotel.

Business Services

For guest convenience there is access to photocopying, scanning, faxing and printing which can be arranged through reception.

Guest Laundry

For guest convenience, there is a self service laundry on level one that is token operated. Tokens may be purchased from reception. To wash or dry a full load is $4.00 and if you need laundry powder, it is available for $1.00.

24 Hour Reception

Our front office reception desk is open 24 hours a day for your convenience. Regardless of what time you arrive, there will always be a friendly face available to greet you. For guest safety our front doors lock at 11pm, however there is a buzzer on the door for guests to contact reception for entry.

Transport

The Skybus goes between Auckland City and Auckland Airport terminals 24 hours a day and we are located 100m away from the City Road/Queen Street stop. Tickets can be purchased at our hotel reception, on board or by debit/credit card from www.skybus.co.nz. The cost is $17 one way. Children are free of charge with at least one paying adult. 

Alternatively, our front desk will be more than happy to book you a special rate taxi or shuttle. We have an airport transfer deal with Discount Taxi's. You can contact them on +64 9 529 1000. Rates for Kiwi International customers are $40 from City to Aiport and $45 from Airport to City (regular sedan car only - vans extra) Please note there is a $5 surcharge for eftpos/credit card payment. 

Buses and trains are all locally accessible including the link buses that loop Auckland’s inner city.
