Rugby Accommodation Auckland Sept 9th - to October 23rd
Base yourself in Auckland at the Kiwi International Hotel in Queen Street. If you have match tickets you can walk ( 3.2 km / 2 miles ) to Eden Park www.edenpark.co.nz (½ hour if you don't stop at too many pubs!) and drive or bus to North Harbour Stadium on Auckland's North Shore (15 minutes), Waikato Stadium in Hamilton (1½ hours), Northland Events Centre in Whangarei (2 hours), and the Rotorua International Stadium (2½ - 3 hours).
And if you really love staying with us right in heart of Auckland you can fly to all the other centres hosting games in less than 2 hours.
If you don't have match tickets but are coming to New Zealand to be where the action is during the Cup then 'party central' is just down the road near the bottom of Queen Street - we're on Queen Street near the top.
Getting to Eden Park from the Kiwi International Hotel
Public Transport is free to Eden Park ticket holders.
Walking If it's a nice day then walking is a great option. It'll probably be just as quick as taking any of the public transport options. If you've got some spare time have a drink on the way.

Train No doubt they'll be very busy but you'll get the real 'atmosphere'.

Bus Dedicated buses using special stops within easy walking distance of the Park. It's strongly rumoured that public transport options will be free to match ticket holders.
Taxi Another option
Driving On a non-match day it's less than 5 minutes but during the Cup your nearest car park will probably be with us! Parking restrictions apply around the venue on match days however special shuttles will operate from remote parking locations. Probably quicker to walk or take public transport.
