"Service with a smile"
"The Kiwi International is a great venue at a fantastic price,
centrally located, friendly staff, food onsite, clean rooms well
serviced, opposite the airport shuttle bus stop on the upper Queen
street. An excellent address. Come and you will come back."

"We stayed at the Kiwi International Hotel as a base for our day
trips - this place is great if you just need a place to sleep. We
had one of the en-suites and it did the job - clean sheets, towels,
basic toiletries and a kettle for hot drinks (tea/coffee provided).
Hot shower was great. Bed was comfortable. When we were there,
there were no loud noises. However, you can hear people who are
loudly talking in the hallway although that passes fairly quickly.
Easy check in and check out. Location was central enough for us to
walk around and get to amenities. Wifi was reliable and generous."

"Great location, great value"
Stayed here for three nights. Not being from Auckland the
directions were spot on and I found it easily, even though I
arrived in rush hour. Staff very helpful on arrival and room fine,
even been changed up from a single to a double. It was clean and
warm enough. Large cupboard to put case in so not stuck in room. It
is at the top of a hill but only twenty mins down to the waterfront
and thirty back up and that is for someone in their fifties! One
night the people in the room next door were talking til after
midnight but someone came up and asked them to stop and they did.
Queen Street full of places to eat, I would recommend Elliot
Stables. Hotel very good value for money. Michelle

"Great Location & parking"
"We stayed at the hotel as the first 2
nights of a driving holiday so finding a
hotel that had free parking was high on
our list. The hotel is located on Queen
St pretty much the main street. The
room itself was on the smallish side
but was all we needed. Two single beds
and an ensuite. Check-in and reception
staff were very helpful and friendly here.
Would highly recommend especially if
you have a car." Brett (Nov 2012)
